Year 5 Teacher & Subject Lead - Druids Heath Location: Druids Heath, Birmingham Contract: Part-time (2.5 days per week) Agency: Aspire People Part-Time Year 5 Teacher & Subject Lead Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher for a primary school in Druids Heath. This part-time role (2.5 days per week) includes leading a subject across the school, ideal for a motivated teacher looking for a leadership opportunity alongside classroom teaching. The Role: Teach a Year 5 class and plan engaging, high-quality lessons. Lead a curriculum subject across the school, supporting colleagues. Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs. Work collaboratively with staff, senior leaders, and parents. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5. Previous subject leadership experience or willingness to take on the role. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
