Need help installing a printer and setting up drivers
I just bought a new wireless printer and I’m hoping to get it connected to my home Wi-Fi and to both my laptop and my desktop. I’d like someone to install the printer, download the correct drivers, update firmware if needed, and show me how to print, scan, and adjust basic settings. It would be great to also verify the connection for a couple of mobile devices and help with any troubleshooting if the printer occasionally drops offline. I’m using Windows 10/11 and macOS, and I’d prefer a simple, patient walkthrough with notes for future reference.
