Finance Manager
- Support the Group Financial Controller in managing financial reporting, cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Support the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
- Monitor cash flow, optimise working capital, and assist in treasury management.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Work closely with external auditors and manage audit processes.
