Architectural Technician
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35-40,000 A well respected, multi disciplinary architectural practice in Birmingham is seeking a skilled and detail focused Architectural Technician to join its friendly and collaborative team. The studio delivers projects across a wide range of sectors including education, commercial, leisure, and healthcare, and has built a strong reputation for thoughtful technical delivery alongside excellent client service. * Clear opportunities for career development Role and Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician position * Contribute to the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
* Prepare and coordinate detailed drawing packages and construction information
* Work closely with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progression
* Support the production of technical details and specifications to a high standard
* Manage workload effectively to meet project deadlines Required Skills and Experience * Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
* Proven experience working within a UK practice environment
* Strong working knowledge of Revit
* Solid understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and detailing
