School Data Manager | Birmingham (Central)
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a meticulous and strategic School Data Manager to join a large, Outstanding secondary academy in Central Birmingham. This is a full-time role starting in April 2026, initially on a temporary basis with a clear view for a permanent contract from September.
The Role The successful applicant will lead the school's data function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Management Information System (MIS) — primarily SIMS or Bromcom. Key responsibilities include managing the census, producing high-level attainment reports for the SLT, and overseeing the tracking of student progress. We are looking for a professional with a pioneering spirit who can translate complex data into actionable insights for teaching staff.

Salary Range: £34,500 – £41,000 (Grade 4/5 equivalent)
