Hillcrest School seeks to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Associate Assistant Headteacher who will champion inclusive practice across the school. The new Associate Assistant Headteacher will be an experienced leader with strong academic expertise, vision and ambition for the further development of the school.
They will be highly skilled, with the resilience and determination to deliver an outstanding education for students with SEND, have excellent communication skills, uphold the school's core values, and be committed to wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.
