The Role As a Legal Recruitment Consultant at ENL Legal, you will: Recruit qualified legal professionals across a range of practice areas
Build and manage long‑term client relationships with law firms and in‑house teams
Source, assess and advise candidates on career opportunities
Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement
Develop your own desk with the support of experienced mentors
About You We are keen to hear from individuals with: Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive or Solicitor
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
Motivation, resilience, and a genuine interest in recruitment
A desire to work in a target‑driven environment with uncapped rewards
