Associate Assistant Principal - Maths

Erdington Academy is a vibrant school in Birmingham, and we are looking for an expert practitioner to join our successful senior team as Associate Assistant Principal – Maths and provide strategic leadership to the Maths Department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategically leading the Faculty to ensure strong academic outcomes for students

• Supporting all staff in understanding the needs of pupils and achieving priorities and targets in line with the Academy Improvement Plan
