SENCO - Outstanding School in Birmingham
We are seeking a highly skilled and committed SENCO to join our welcoming and ambitious Primary School in Birmingham. This is a permanent role starting November 2025, offering the opportunity to lead and enhance the school’s Special Educational Needs provision and make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning.

- Salary: MPS/UPS + SENCO Allowance (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced SENCOs or aspiring leaders with SEND expertise
About the Role
As an experienced and proactive SENCO , you will lead on identifying and supporting pupils with additional needs, ensuring high-quality provision across the school. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a SENCO , working closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the school’s SEN provision as a SENCO
- Support and challenge pupils with additional needs
- Advise and guide staff on inclusive teaching strategies as a SENCO
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Contribute to the school’s ethos of high expectations, achievement, and care
