This is an autonomous role where you will play a key role in providing hands – on production support, setting up, running, and optimising injection moulding processes, paying special attention to 5S and waste reduction. Process Technician

Support and deliver weekly production schedules to meet customer requirements
Monitor production progress and resolve production issues
Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available for production
Achieve target output rates and equipment efficiency by ensuring manufacturing processes are running smoothly

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience working with injection moulding machinery
Good understanding of quality and production processes
A hands-on, problem-solving approach
Experience tracking and reporting output figures
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principals
