Conveyancer – Auction Sales & Purchases (Hybrid Working)

Are you a Conveyancer looking for a fresh challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to specialise in Auction Sales and Purchases at a well‑established, multi‑site law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. This role offers hybrid working, with two days working from home each week.

About the Role

This position offers an experienced Conveyancer something a little different from the traditional conveyancing role. You’ll join a small, specialist team focusing exclusively on auction properties, managing a manageable caseload with realistic and achievable targets.

You’ll benefit from a strong team structure, including dedicated file‑opening and post‑completion support, allowing you to concentrate on the legal work itself rather than administration.

About You:

Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with:

• At least 3 years’ experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
• Previous exposure to auction properties (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• The confidence to work independently without the need for close supervision
