Production Operative
Gap Personnel are currently recruiting x 10 Production Operatives for our client based in Kitts Green.
The Details:
- £18.57 per hour rising to £19.28 when fully trained (including shift allowance)
- Temp to Perm positions
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off - 12 hour shifts.
- Must attend interview and Occupational Health Assessment.
The Role:
- To operate a wide range of technical machinery, as per work instructions.
- To process materials to the required standard as per customer instructions.
- Working safely and participating in continuous improvement activities
- Operating Overhead Cranes and Fork Lift Trucks
The Person:
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment with molten metal a distinct advantage
- Competent use of measuring equipment
- High attention to detail
- Experience of driving MHE equipment in a complex environment
- Basic computing skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills.
