Service Delivery Driver
We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Driver to deliver and collect company stock between customer sites and the plant. This role is key to ensuring compliance with transport legislation while delivering a reliable, high-quality service to our customers.
The role As a Service Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for managing daily delivery routes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service at every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:Loading and unloading vehicles and placing stock into designated areas at customer sites
Ensuring vehicles are stocked with sufficient sundry items, such as repair labels and bags
Collecting and delivering items in line with route documentation, including loading and emptying on-premises lockers and exchanging dust control mats
Accurately completing all required paperwork and delivery documentation
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and acting as a key liaison between customers and the business
Supporting the Transport Manager by covering routes for absent drivers when required
Undertaking ad-hoc duties to support the wider transport and service delivery team
