A dynamic new property company in Selly Oak is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to take the reins of their busy and fast-paced office. Specialising in HMO and student lets, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a 360-degree role with real autonomy and responsibility.

The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings office
• Manage and grow a portfolio of student and HMO properties
• Liaise directly with the Directors to drive business growth
• Ensure full compliance, excellent customer service, and effective property management
• Handle all aspects of lettings: listings, viewings, tenancy progression, renewals, maintenance, and more

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in lettings and property management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• HMO and sales experience desirable but not essential
• A proactive and confident decision-maker
