Sales Advisor
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at M&S Opticians, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality eye and hearing care services while promoting our offerings within the wider M&S store. Your role will involve optimising sales opportunities, maintaining customer records, managing stock, and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist patients in selecting the right eyewear, educating them on care and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless experience. With a strong retail background and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact on our customers’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage stock levels
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionally
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs and lifestyle
- Perform basic adjustments and repairs
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Support the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses
- Conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements
- Work towards achieving store sales targets
- Support marketing initiatives and special events
About You
