Exams Assistant - Solihull, West Midlands - January 2026
A high-performing 11–18 secondary school in Solihull is looking for a reliable and organised Exams Assistant to support its busy exams office from January 2026 .
The Role
Working under the Exams Officer, you will help manage the full exam cycle, ensuring all internal and external assessments run smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing exam venues and resources
- Processing exam entries and candidate lists
- Supporting invigilation schedules and training
- Handling secure exam papers in line with JCQ regulations
- Assisting on results day and during mock exam periods
