Job Description Support Worker
Location: B9 5NN (Bordesley Green)
Role: Support Worker
Shift Pattern:
- 10-hour Night Shifts
- Day Calls (hours may vary)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to service users. The role involves assisting individuals with their daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care
- Support service users with mobility and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Preferably of British ethnicity
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Caring, reliable, and professional attitude
Hours:
- Night shifts (10 hours)
- Day calls with flexible hours
