A prominent "Outstanding" academy in Birmingham is seeking a strategic Data Manager for a full-time role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00) starting ASAP. This position is central to the school’s academic reporting, requiring a specialist who can transform complex datasets into actionable insights.

Requirements * Essential: Previous experience managing school-specific data systems (SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor) is mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization within an educational context.
Essential: Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship).
Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £35,422 – £40,221 (Grade 4 equivalent). Benefits include a generous LGPS pension and a dedicated staff wellbeing programme.
