Reed Marketing & Creative is partnering with a rapidly growing, innovation-led agricultural business to find a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in communications, event planning, and content creation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and manage client-facing and franchise events as well as coordinate logistics, communications, and follow-up for each event.
• Ensure events align with the customer journey and brand messaging.
• Write and deliver engaging, audience-specific content . Develop internal and external communications that reflect the brand’s tone and values whilst collaborating with teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Assist in the execution of traditional marketing campaigns and work with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Support business unit directors and marketing leads in delivering strategic initiatives.
• Travel to field locations (counted as onsite days) and gather insights from the field to inform marketing strategies and content.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Agricultural Background : Experience or strong understanding of the agriculture sector is essential—you need to “speak the language” of the end-users.
• Event Management Experience : Proven ability to plan and execute events, ideally in a fast-paced or field-based environment.
• Strong Communicator : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Collaborative & Adaptable : Comfortable working across teams in a non-rigid, matrix structure ; thrives in a “work hard, play hard” culture.
• Content Creation Skills : Confident in writing marketing materials, newsletters, and event content that resonate with a rural audience.
• Fast-Paced & Proactive : Able to manage multiple projects at once and stay ahead in a constantly evolving environment.
• Personality Fit : Energetic, personable, and culturally aligned with a team that values inclusivity, innovation, and fun.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 plus a luxurious Benefits package! This role will be a hybrid role where you will need to be onsite 3 Days a week and there will also be free parking on site.
