We have a very exciting opportunity for a Junior PA to join a well-established, global law firm in Birmingham City Centre! The weekly hours are full time (35hours a week), hybrid (2/3 days in office), permanent, and a salary offering between £25-27.5k a year.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to join a law firm and develop from an administration, team assistant or receptionist role (ideally within property, legal or financial services) into a junior PA role.

Within the fast-paced team of private wealth and constructions team, the role you will be responsible for duties such as:

- Managing diaries for the fee earners within the team

- Becoming an active part in the care of clients

- Dealing with client queries and general administration for the team

- Arranging for files to be opened and closed and supervise record keeping

- Typing correspondence and emails

- Assisting in the billing and credit control process

A positive attitude, attention to detail and an approachable and enthusiastic manner is key for this role! Previous experience in legal is ideal or a previous role as a Junior PA in a professional service or corporate environment.
