Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

- As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll: Respond to electrical breakdowns, carrying out repairs on lighting and circuits.
- Perform routine mechanical and fabric maintenance across the estate as needed.
- Collaborate with the estates management team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage planned preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring all services are operational.
- To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring: Relevant qualifications including 18th edition and City & Guilds certifications.
- Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- A flexible approach, with the ability to handle diverse maintenance tasks.
- Strong focus on safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team and stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £38,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
- Opportunities for additional overtime as required.
