Year 4 Teacher — Independent School — Birmingham

A day in the life of the Year 4 Teacher (what you’ll lead)
Mornings: the Year 4 Teacher leads maths fluency sessions and guided reading; the Year 4 Teacher uses formative assessment to shape next steps. Afternoons: the Year 4 Teacher teaches knowledge-rich history or science sequences, using practical tasks and projects. Each week the Year 4 Teacher runs interventions and meets with phase leaders to review progress — activities which begin in planning meetings ahead of January 2026 and continue after January 2026.
