Aspire is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and behavioural challenges within a specialist educational setting.

All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), with support tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and aspirations.

Our partner schools pride themselves on providing a nurturing, structured, and inclusive environment where students feel safe, valued, and supported. Through innovative approaches and personalised learning strategies, staff work together to help every student overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.
