Assisting with payroll changes, starters and leavers
Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and external HR providers, ensuring processes are followed consistently and confidentially.
The School
This is a large, inclusive 11–18 school with a calm, professional working environment. Leadership values the contribution of support staff and understands the importance of strong HR systems in maintaining staff wellbeing and continuity.

Has experience in HR, personnel or school administration
Understands confidentiality and safeguarding requirements
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Communicates confidently with staff at all levels
