£45,000 Basic Salary (up to) | £55,000 OTE | UNCAPPED earnings | Company Van | Flexible working hoursOur client is a leading Accident Repair Group in Birmingham, seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Smart Repairer to join their expanding mobile team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to excel as a Mobile Smart Repairer in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Travelling across Birmingham and surrounding areas as part of a Mobile Repair Team
Conducting repairs on customer vehicles at their workplaces, homes, and approved locations
Carrying out body repairs, SMART repairs, filler work, and panel work to high standards as a Mobile Smart Repairer
Ensuring all work complies with insurance and manufacturer guidelines
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Using supplied work orders and tools to complete repairs efficiently
Working independently while adhering to health and safety standardsRequirements as Mobile Smart Repairer:

Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines, with emphasis on Paint, SMART Repair, minor Panel, and Filler work
Experience with insurance bodyshop methods is preferred
Full UK/EU driving licence is essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
