Estates Care Taker
Ensure communal areas are kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
Perform routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to any urgent property-related issues reported.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repair or maintenance tasks.
Monitor and manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively.
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any issues to management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Profile A successful Estates Caretaker should have: Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role in the public sector.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving property-related issues.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to property management.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to liaise with management and contractors.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
