A welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Halesowen is looking to appoint a motivated English ECT to join its supportive English department from January 2026 .
The Role
You will teach English across KS3 and KS4 , contributing to a curriculum that emphasises reading fluency, vocabulary development and structured writing. The department works collaboratively, sharing resources and planning to ensure consistency and reduce workload.
ECT Development
