The Role
This role is ideal for an ambitious Maths ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a well-established and supportive department. You will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to develop into KS5 teaching as your confidence grows. The school provides a structured induction, reduced timetable, and regular mentoring to support your development.

A strong academic background in Mathematics
A passion for teaching and developing as an ECT
The ability to build positive relationships with students
Strong organisational and communication skills
Commitment to high expectations and student progress
Experience and Qualifications
PGCE in Secondary Mathematics (or equivalent)
QTS (or on track to achieve)
