Social Worker - Children in Care

What you will do: * Support and manage a caseload of children and young people in care, ensuring their safety and wellbeing are prioritised
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and review progress to meet the unique needs of each child
* Collaborate with multi-agency teams, including health professionals, educational staff, and legal personnel, to coordinate care and ensure all services are aligned
* Facilitate and support children and young people in expressing their views and wishes, advocating for their best interests at all times
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, providing reports and evidence to assist in legal proceedings where necessary Requirements: * A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
* Current registration with Social Work England
* Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker, particularly in working directly with children in care
