Need floor renovation guidance for kitchen and living room
I'm looking for a skilled handyman to assess and carry out an informal floor renovation project in my home. The goal is to repair uneven boards, replace damaged sections, and refresh surface finish in a small kitchen and adjacent living room (about 25-30 m²). Experience with wooden and laminate flooring, level assessment, underlayment, and simple finishing (painting or sealing) is preferred. I’d like a clear plan, a rough materials list, and a realistic timeline. I’m flexible on start date but would prefer a mid-morning slot, and I’d appreciate a tidy workspace and minimal disruption. If possible, please bring specific tools for board replacement and have examples of similar projects.
