We are looking for anexperiencedPA Secretary for a fantasticopportunity within a renowned City Centre firm working on a hybrid basis on afull time basis.This is an opportunity within a fast-paced and exciting Litigationteam. We are looking for someone looking to utilise existing commercial PA skills in a busy role as part of a team environment. You will be responsible for the following duties:

Offering expert and efficient administrative support to the full team including diary and inbox management, and coordination of travel arrangements

Successful liaison with clients via telephone and email
-
Working professionally as part of the wider team with a meticulous eye for detail in relation to document processes
-
Organisation of case bundles and management of in-house case systems
-
Management of billing processes on behalf of the fee earners including chasing any outstanding payments
-
Involvement in the wider teams events and marketing processes in line with brand standards
The successful applicant mustpossessadministrative secretarial experience within a professional servicescapacity. This business offers a fantastic benefits package as well as an autonomous but inclusive working environment.
