Private Client Tax Director - Birmingham

Your new role As a Director within the Private Client Tax team, you’ll take a strategic lead in managing key client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory work. You’ll work closely with partners on business development, lead complex projects, and play an active role in developing the next generation of talent.Key responsibilities include:
- Leading private client advisory and technical projects
- Managing and growing client relationships
- Generating and converting new business opportunities
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Collaborating across service lines to deliver joined-up solutions
- CTA and/or ACA qualification, or qualified by experience
- Strong private client tax advisory experience
- Proven client handling and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Interest in coaching and developing others
- Flexible and hybrid working options
