Divisional Commercial Manager
- Full commercial leadership of a major responsive social housing contract
- Oversight of multiple workstreams, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, and heating
- Leading, managing, and developing the divisional commercial team
- Cost control, valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
- Accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
