Education Recruitment Director Own Your Branch

Birmingham

Education Recruitment Director – Build Your Own Branch

This Education Recruitment Director opportunity is for experienced recruiters who want to step up and build their own branch within an established and financially strong group.

The business already has successful offices in place and is now expanding across the UK. You will take ownership of a new location, backed by a proven model, strong financial support and full infrastructure.

Your branch will sit within a larger group that is stable and well funded. You will also receive equity not only in your own branch but in the wider group, giving you a genuine long-term stake in the overall business.

You will be officially set up as a Company Director through Companies House, giving you full ownership of your branch while operating within an established and supported framework.

This is not a corporate environment. You will have full autonomy to run your business properly, with flexibility around working hours and no micromanagement.

Ideally you will have an office from day one with your advise on where would be the best location.

The Opportunity – Education Recruitment Director

You will launch and grow a new branch in one of the following locations:

  • Birmingham
  • Liverpool
  • Manchester
  • Leicester
  • Sheffield

Your role will involve building a desk, developing client relationships and growing a team over time. You will run your branch as your own business, supported by an experienced group behind you.

Support & Structure

You will be supported day to day by experienced managers already within the business, giving you access to guidance, advice and operational support whenever needed.

As part of the senior management team, you will have a monthly video call with board members. These sessions focus on support, planning, forecasting and reviewing performance, ensuring you have everything in place to grow your branch properly.

The structure for growth is clear. You will have a defined framework for adding headcount as your desk grows, allowing you to scale your team in a controlled and supported way.

All core tools and infrastructure are provided, including CRM, job boards, HR and full back-office support, allowing you to focus entirely on building and growing your business.

Package & Offering

  • Basic salary from £50,000+
  • Equity in your branch and the wider group
  • Official Company Director status
  • Full compliance and back-office support
  • No financial investment required
  • Simple and transparent commission structure

The Business

The company is an established education recruitment agency with a proven model already working across multiple branches. The group is financially strong and positioned for continued growth across the UK.

The leadership team believes in building the business organically, with realistic expectations around growth rather than aggressive or unsustainable targets.

Typical expectations are to build to around 75–100 days per week within the first year, giving a clear and achievable benchmark for success.

Who This Suits

  • Senior recruiters ready to step into leadership
  • Billing managers who want to retain more of the profit they generate
  • Recruiters who want to run their own business without financial risk
  • Experienced consultants looking for autonomy and long-term upside

Requirements

  • Experience within education recruitment
  • Strong billing track record
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Ambition to grow a team and run a business unit
  • Commercial mindset and self-motivation

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to build something with real ownership while being backed by an established, financially secure group.

You will have the freedom to grow your branch in your own way, with full support in place and without the financial risk typically associated with starting a business.
