Need freelance IT help with miscellaneous computer tasks
I'm looking for a reliable IT helper to assist with a variety of miscellaneous computer tasks. The job includes basic troubleshooting, software updates, setting up a new external drive, and organizing files. Preference for someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid jargon. I have Windows 10/11 and a MacBook in the household, so experience with cross-platform issues is a plus. Availability for a one-time session or a short follow-up could work.
