The Role

The school is looking for a reliable and technically confident Performing Arts Technician who can support both staff and students across music, drama, and performance activities.

Key responsibilities of the Performing Arts Technician include:

  • Setting up and operating lighting, sound, and AV equipment for lessons and performances

  • Supporting rehearsals, concerts, and school productions

  • Maintaining and managing technical equipment to ensure it is safe and functional

  • Assisting with staging, props, and set design where required

  • Managing stock and organising technical resources

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures in performance spaces
