Multi Trade Operative
Strong potential for extension or permanent opportunities
Pay Rate: Up to £27 per hour (depending on experience)
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
️ Role Overview:You will be working within social housing properties, carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works in occupied homes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times. ✅ Requirements: Proven experience working in social housing, particularly occupied properties
Skilled in at least one core trade; Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering
Relevant qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds
Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks effectively
Good communication and customer service skills
Own van preferred (essential for travel between properties)
