About the Role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons, encouraging students to develop creativity, technical skills, and artistic confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Teaching Art across KS3–KS5
• Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations
• Planning and delivering structured, creative lessons
• Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress
• Contributing to exhibitions, clubs, and enrichment opportunities
• Supporting departmental curriculum development
Candidate Requirements
• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Degree in Art, Fine Art, or related discipline
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management
• Passion for creative education and student achievement
