We are recruiting for a talented Senior AV Technician for a highly regarded Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the AV department and mentor junior technical staff

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the AV stores and control rooms

• Coordinate the technical requirements for all external lettings and community events

• Lead the implementation of new AV technologies across the campus

• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless network integration for AV devices

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience in AV management or senior technical support

• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner

• Ability to handle complex logistics with calm and precision

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits
