A vibrant and academically driven secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a Psychology ECT from January 2026 . Psychology ECT required from January 2026
Birmingham school with strong Sixth Form outcomes and a well-resourced Social Sciences department.
You will teach Psychology across KS4–KS5, with structured support for delivering A-Level topics including cognitive, social, biopsychological and research-methods units.
The school is seeking a reflective, enthusiastic and academically grounded early career teacher.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS with Psychology specialism.
- Strong understanding of research design, psychological approaches and statistical application.
- Ability to support students in developing extended analytical and evaluative writing skills.
- Willingness to contribute to Psychology clubs, revision workshops and academic enrichment.
- Commitment to high-quality ECT development, coaching and CPD.
