Location: Restore Technology Birmingham, B32 3DB
Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £26,831 plus monthly incentive bonus against site targets

The role
As an IT Asset Processing Operative, you will play a key role within our warehouse and production facility, ensuring incoming IT equipment is accurately recorded, processed and prepared in line with customer specifications and company standards. Your work directly supports service delivery, data security and customer satisfaction, contributing to a safe, efficient and high-performing operation.

Duties & responsibilities

Accurately record IT assets including serial numbers, make and model
Grade and test IT equipment in line with customer and company requirements
Dismantle IT assets where required following approved procedures
Process IT hardware in accordance with SLAs and quality standards
Clean, pack and prepare equipment for return to customers
Palletise equipment safely and efficiently for storage or transport
Maintain stock accuracy and ensure secure storage of assets
Support a safe, tidy and well-organised warehouse environmentAbout you

Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is desirable
An understanding of IT equipment is beneficial but not essential
IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
