Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager ready for a senior operational leadership role? A high-performing secondary school in Birmingham is looking for a School Business Manager to oversee finance, HR, premises, administration and compliance from January 2026 .
About the Role:
This full-time, permanent role involves managing the school’s financial strategy, overseeing HR operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing the site and administrative teams and contributing to whole-school planning. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure the school operates smoothly and efficiently.
