Need help with miscellaneous moving tasks in UK house
I’m moving and could use a hand with a few miscellaneous tasks to keep things moving smoothly. I need someone to help lift light furniture, carry boxes from the hallway to the van, and assist with packing fragile items into proper padding. Here’s the plan: I’ll have boxes ready in the living room, and a couple of large items to maneuver through a narrow doorway. I’d prefer a helper who is careful, punctual, and comfortable with basic equipment like a dolly or lifting straps. If you have your own moving blankets or packing materials, that’s a bonus. Start around late morning, and I expect about half a day of assistance, with potential to extend if needed.
