Exciting PA Opportunity - Events, Strategy, and Organisation
We have an exciting new role in the heart of Birmingham, within one of the city’s oldest establishments. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, working within a supportive team, contributing positively, and doing their best.
This role requires a skilled PA to support a C-suite level individual with day-to-day operations, focusing on extensive diary management and strategic planning. We are seeking an adaptable PA to thrive in this varied and dynamic position, helping to organise a range of high-profile events and manage diverse administrative tasks.
The Role:
Complex diary management up to six months in advance
Overseeing key administrative duties
Organising and planning major events in the senior executive’s calendar
Planning and arranging national and international travel.
Producing and collating essential briefings, documents and presentations, sourcing accurate information for meetings involving both internal and external stakeholders
Handling enquiries through a range of communication channels, using sound judgement and experience to direct appropriately.
Monitoring and processing financial data in line with company policies and procedures
Organising meetings and events efficiently and professionally for high-profile internal and external stakeholders
The Candidate:
Excellent diary management skills
Ability to work independently while actively contributing within a team environment.
Strong relationship-building skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
Capacity to work within a large and complex organisation, quickly developing a clear understanding of its structure and processes.
Adaptable with excellent organisational abilities
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or Office Manager role
