Operations Manager
Are you an experienced, high-level administrator looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Operations Manager to join Bournville School. In this role, you will lead the academy’s administration team, including reception and admissions. You will ensure a high-quality service is delivered to staff, students, and visitors and oversee the daily administration of cover arrangements for absent teaching staff.
You will join a well-led and motivated team committed to continuous improvement.
To be successful, you will be:
Hardworking and imaginative with excellent organisational and time management skills
Experienced in using Microsoft Office programs
Flexible and able to take both a proactive and a responsive approach
A dedicated team player who wants to work and engage with colleagues at all levels
This role is term-time only plus 10 days to be worked in the school holidays over the academic year.
