Who we’re looking for

• Contentious Probate Solicitor, ideally 5-8 PQE
• Strong technical ability and confidence handling disputes independently
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Hard-working, proactive and keen to contribute to team growth
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a varied contentious probate caseload
• Handling complex inheritance and estate disputes
• Working closely with the incoming Head of Department
• Building relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Helping shape the future growth of the department
