A high-performing secondary school in Solihull is seeking a Skilled School Administrator to join its busy and friendly office team from January 2026 . This is a vital role within a well-organised school known for excellent communication, strong pastoral systems and a welcoming culture.
About the Role
You will work at the heart of school operations, supporting attendance, communication, data processes and daily administration. No two days are the same — the role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and fast-paced teamwork.
You will be responsible for:
- managing student and staff enquiries at reception
- supporting with attendance monitoring and first-day calling
- updating records, timetables and documents on SIMS/Arbor
- handling email inboxes and distributing communications
- supporting with events, meetings and parent evenings
About the School
This large 11–18 school has a reputation for excellent pastoral care, efficient systems and supportive staff relationships. The office is well staffed and led by an experienced Operations Manager who invests in training and development.
