Assistance needed to move a heavy bookshelf and dresser
I'm looking for a reliable helper to move a heavy bookshelf and a large dresser from my ground-floor flat to a first-floor apartment. The furniture is bulky but disassembles if needed. I have two strong people available, but we could use an extra pair of hands to navigate tight stairs and doorways without damage. Please bring protective blankets or pads to prevent scratches. The move should be completed in one session, and I’d prefer someone punctual and careful with timing. Location is in central London; access is straightforward but stairs are involved. If you have a van or SUV for transport, that would be a bonus, but not required.
