What you will do

* Lead and undertake safeguarding enquiries (Section 42) under the Care Act 2014, ensuring that all actions are in the best interest of adults at risk.

* Complete comprehensive Care Act assessments to identify individual needs and eligibility for support.

* Develop and review person-centred and outcome-focused care and support plans.

* Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions in compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Person Specification
Qualifications

* Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent)

* Evidence of continued professional development

Registration & Compliance

* Registered with Social Work England

* Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Safeguarding Adults procedures

* Enhanced DBS clearance
