Position: Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £88.94 – £100 per day
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time • Ongoing

Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored learning support
*
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
*
Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and resilience
*
Provide calm and consistent emotional support
About You
*
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting children and young people in an educational setting
*
Patient, adaptable, and compassionate in your approach
*
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
*
Reliable and able to travel to West Birmingham
